IPS Strategy Holdings was not built as a broad-based advisory business. It was structured to solve a precise structural problem in the entertainment economy: the $150 billion entertainment IP market operates almost entirely through legacy intermediary models, and as a result, the fan economies forming around that IP remain outside the direct reach of the rights holders at the centre of them.
Fan-driven economic activity is not a future projection. Secondary resale markets for tickets, collectibles, and memorabilia already exceed $6.5 billion. Fan crowdfunding contributes over $120 million annually. Millions of coordinating communities, across Discord, Telegram, and social platforms, are actively discovering, promoting, and exchanging value around entertainment IP every day. IP owners participate in almost none of it.
The constraint is not awareness. It is infrastructure. Most rights holders lack the technical systems, regulatory frameworks, and direct distribution channels required to participate in these economies, let alone to lead them.
